The theme of St. Mark's Caring Ministries is "Carry the Light!" and St. Mark's is fulfilling that mission by carrying the light of Christ to members who are unable to leave their homes or who desire pastoral care and counsel. Pastors and volunteers regularly visit members and friends of the congregation in private residences, care centers, senior living complexes, hospices and hospitals, providing care and counsel, administering the elements of Holy Communion and, when requested, anointing for healing. Members of the Caring Ministries Team regularly lead Chapel services at care centers where St. Mark's members reside. St. Mark's Caring Ministries also includes: The Homebound Lay Visitation program
Ramsey County Nursing Home One-to-One Program
Action Corps
Prayer Chain Ministry
Transportation Ministry
