Spiritual Care The Spiritual Care team reaches out to the members of St. Mark’s in the following ways: Visitation to persons hospitalized, homebound and in transitional care. Transportation to and from church on Sunday mornings for those in need of a ride. Cards sent to family members after a death, to those who are ill or hospitalized and to the homebound on special occasions. Ramsey Care Center worship service with Holy Communion on the third Thursday of each month. Cancer Conquerors is a cancer support group for members of St. Mark’s, their friends and family. The group meets every first and third Monday from 6 -7 pm in the Fireside Room. It is an hour of hope, support, prayer, friendship & encouragement in a Christian fellowship setting.
